Bio
Jacchia signed Vita operaia in July 1919 with the occupational designation Aggiuntatore meccanico, describing his own unnamed factory and its internal commission. In Piemonte e Romagna (1 November 1919), he identifies himself with Turin workers and describes a recent return to Cesena, his stated place of origin. He compares industrial workers’ political learning with the artisanal and rural conditions of Romagna and advocates locally grounded council organization. Togliatti’s review in the same issue explicitly identifies him as a worker. Neither contribution establishes that he personally held a commission or council mandate.

Other Notes
The unusual printed occupational form is preserved. The account announces four factory sections but lists five; neither the factory name nor a personal elected office is supplied. Birth, death and wider biography remain unknown. In I.24, pp.189–190, Cesena is called his paese d’origine; this does not securely establish his birthplace or birth date. He refers to the Socialist Party as nostro Partito, contemporary evidence of political self-identification rather than a dated membership record.
