- Bio
- H. La Croy contributed accounts of garment work to L’Ordine Nuovo in 1919. The June dialogue describes clothing workers’ practical knowledge and workplace relations, while the letter of 11 October claims experience as both teacher and worker. In Il cottimista sarto (18 October), the writer describes a progression from tailor’s apprenticeship to sought-after positions in Paris and London and claims to have acquired the skills for special literary and linguistic work in a state minister’s office. This self-described autodidact links collective discussion of workers’ interests to education and organization, advocating technical arbitration and cooperative tailoring. These autobiographical statements do not establish the contributor’s legal identity or independently verify the employment history.

- Other Notes
- The 18 October 1919 article names no employing firms, dates or minister. Its proposed technical/arbitration commissions do not establish council-delegate service. Retain the Croy/Croix spelling distinction recorded in the early catalog. In I.37 (14 February 1920), La Croy writes from a claimed position among workers observing daily misunderstandings between manual workers, technicians and administrative employees, and proposes weekly meetings of their three commissions. This does not establish a particular factory, occupation, union office or council mandate.
