- R. Arsky is the printed author of Il controllo operaio in Russia in L’Ordine Nuovo, 3 January 1920. The essay presents workers’ control as preparation for economic administration and describes Russian developments in 1917–1918. A CARHOP archival inventory also catalogs Le contrôle ouvrier under R. Arsky, but the consulted evidence does not establish an expanded personal name or biographical dates.
